So because the price is so much better (even paying for a new phone) and because the company aligns with my values (much unlike Verizon), I am willing to wait until next year and see what the coverage is like in our new location. And we certainly don't live "in the middle of nowhere". People's voices break up and sometimes they can't hear me at all. And when I talk to people from my house, I feel like I'm back in 2003 when service seemed spotty everywhere. After Pure talk understanding the problem, they did respond and took care of it. I had a problem with an issue and was not getting it taken care of. I get 10 GB data each month (started at 5, went up to 8 and now 10 for the same price) which is way more than I need, and unlimited talk & text. Other features from PureTalk include: No contract No overages Voicemail included Port in your. I pay once per year, it comes out to about 21/month (advertised price is 15, but taxes and fees make it 21). Cost for Service- Good - Customer Service- Responds to problems. However, you can expect reliable coverage for a solid price. I can no longer communicate with my husband while he is at work because he has no service. HONEST REVIEW for PURE TALK-HONEST REVIEW Cell Signal Coverage, USA- Very good- No Complaints. Looking specifically at network quality, it’s no surprise to see the list dominated by established players like Verizon and AT&T. We had much better coverage with Verizon. He has trouble sending pictures and sometimes he cannot make phone calls. Finally we succumbed to buying a new phone for him. We spent at least 4 hours on the line trying to figure out why we couldn't transfer his phone. However, for my husbands line it was a nightmare. My conversion from Verizon to Pure Talk was pretty much seamless. I really want to give Pure Talk a better review.
